Hi all - Need help with vehicle counting

Hi all

Has anyone got any software for sale or ideas on how I can count (And ideally classify) vehicles from .mp4 video files? All I wish to do is to be able to count vehicles in each lane as they go past the camera.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on what you want to do withthe data i.e trigger recording, or just give a daily count. IntelliVision is probably you most cost effective solution. Although OV, Agent VI, Aimetis will also do this. IntelliVision will capture license plate numbers in addition to couting tha cars. You may need to isolate the lanes with individual cameras for best results.
