Is IVS already being used?

Hi All,

I am a Dutch student and currently working on a paper regarding IVS. I have got some questions abour IVS were I am not totally clear about.

Is IVS already permanently being used? If so where? (I found lots of information about the London Underground, but it is not clear for me whether this was a test or an IVS system permanently in use.

What are the Critical succesfactors for people/companies to buy an IVS System. (e.g. Cost, Legal issues etc.)
