Extreme's innovative Moondance camera, which is branded as Forward Vision's Mic1-400 "Metal Mickey" in China, has been recently specified for several prestigious security projects.
The sales success of the Metal Mickey in China marks an important development in Extreme's mandate to grow sales of Forward Vision products in China's security market. The company is seeing signs of growing market acceptance in every region where Moondance is promoted.

In a transportation security project, the Mic1-400 is providing video imaging capability for a 3.5G wireless CCTV system for mobile surveillance linked to video analytics, a project administered by the Hong Kong Transport Department. In addition, the Mic1-400 is providing key surveillance imaging capability in event monitoring applications for the Hong Kong Legislative Council.
